I help busy women feel strong, capable, and at home in their bodies again.

In my 20s, I built a career in media and communications as a copywriter. I loved the pace, the creativity, and the feeling of building something that was mine. Then I became a mum and my priorities shifted. I stepped away from a demanding role and poured everything into raising my boys.

As my kids grew more independent, life got quieter. That’s when I realised I’d lost touch with myself. My clothes didn’t fit the way they used to. My energy was unpredictable. I was getting through the days, but I wasn’t feeling strong, confident, or grounded.

So, I did what many women do. I laced up an old pair of trainers and started running again. It helped. I rebuilt momentum, cleared my head, and felt a spark of confidence return. But something still didn’t add up. I could run for miles, yet still struggle with everyday things: feeling good in my clothes, staying consistent with food, having stable energy through the day, and feeling confident in my body rather than just smaller.

I didn’t want to be someone who could simply “do cardio”. I wanted to feel powerful. Steady. Capable. That’s when I started paying attention to what was missing.

I began learning about nutrition and strength training, and the more I practised them, the more I felt the shift. Strength training gave me muscle-tone, confidence, and physical resilience. Nutrition gave me energy, steadiness, and a healthy relationship with food. Together, they stopped being “fitness tasks” and became the foundation for how I lived.

That change sparked a bigger change in me. I retrained as a personal trainer and, since 2023, I’ve coached women and men using simple, practical systems designed to fit around real work, family life, weekends, and social plans.

Some clients start with training, some start with nutrition. When the two come together, progress becomes easier to sustain.

Real progress comes from building strength, fuelling your body properly, and learning what it actually takes to feel strong, capable, and confident again.

How much time will this take each week?
I build plans around your schedule. Training sessions are planned to be realistic, and the weekly “non-negotiables” are intentionally few to ensure consistency stays high.
Is this suitable for peri/post-menopause?
Yes! Many principles are especially helpful here: strength training, recovery, realistic nutrition, and stress-aware routines. I tailor them based on symptoms, energy, and lifestyle constraints.
Do I need a gym?
Not necessarily. I can build plans for a gym, home set-up, or a hybrid — whatever makes consistency easiest.
What if I’ve “fallen off” before?
That’s exactly what the system is designed for. I focus on a small number of repeatable actions, and use check-ins to adjust quickly.
